Why Are You Searching Everywhere Else? Finding Peace in Returning to Allah
We spend our lives running. We run after the next paycheck, the bigger house, the "perfect" lifestyle, or even just the approval of people who are as restless as we are. But have you ever stopped to ask: Why does the heart still feel heavy?
In a world that measures success by what you own, we often forget the One who owns everything. If you've been feeling distant, broken, or like you’ve reached a dead end, this is for you.
1. The Quiet Mercy That Surrounds You
Think about your day today. You woke up, your heart beat without you telling it to, and the air you breathed was free. The video reminds us of a powerful reality: while we are busy forgetting Allah, He is busy remembering us .
Nature itself—the oceans, the earth, the stars—stands in awe of its Creator. There’s a moving thought shared in the bayan: the oceans and the earth sometimes "ask" permission to swallow the injustice and disobedience they see. But Allah, in His infinite patience, tells them to wait. Why? Because He is waiting for you to come back . He isn't looking for a reason to punish; He is looking for a reason to forgive.
2. It’s Never Too Late (The Door is Always Open)
One of the biggest traps we fall into is thinking, "I've done too much. I'm too far gone." Whether you are in the peak of your youth or sitting in a wheelchair in your old age, the door of Taubah (repentance) doesn't have a "closed" sign. The beauty of our Rabb is that even if your sins reached the sky, one sincere "Ya Allah, forgive me" wipes the slate clean .
He doesn't need your perfection; He wants your direction.
3. The Reality Check: This World is a "Bridge," Not a Home
We build empires here as if we’re staying forever. But look at history. Where are the kings? Where are the powerful? The video brings home a sobering truth: this world is a test, an "Ibtila" .
It’s like a traveler sitting under the shade of a tree for a few minutes before moving on. Don't get so attached to the shade that you forget the destination.
The Big Shift: We need to recognize Allah before we recognize our needs, our business, or our status .
The Final Call: There will come a day when every voice will be silent, and only the King of Kings will speak . On that day, your "stuff" won't matter—only your "soul" will.
4. The Two Pillars of a Meaningful Life
If you want to change your life today, you don't need to move to a different country. You just need to change your "inner" world. The Prophet (PBUH) left us with two massive priorities:
I. Your Relationship with Allah (Ibadaat)
Connect through prayer and remembrance. It’s your lifeline. Without it, you’re a ship without an anchor.
II. Your Relationship with People (Akhlaq)
This is where most of us struggle. True Islam isn't just in the Masjid; it's in how you treat your wife, your parents, and your neighbors .
The "Softness" Factor: The Quran is centered on "Laitallaf"—acting with kindness and gentleness .
The Test of Faith: If you can’t be kind to the person living next to you, your faith is missing its fruit .
5. Taking the First Step
The message is simple: Stop running away and start running toward. You don't have to be a scholar to start. You don't have to be "perfect" to pray. You just have to be honest. Allah hears the words you speak, the whispers in someone's ear, and even the silent thoughts in your heart that never made it to your lips .
Final Thought for the Dawah Force Community:
Everything in this universe is screaming that there is only one God. The sun, the moon, the sweet water that doesn't mix with the salt —it’s all a sign. Don't wait for a "better time" to fix your life. The best time is the breath you are taking right now.
Let’s turn back. Let’s find our peace. Let’s find Allah.
